Within the framework of the efforts of the General Sports Authority and the expansion of the base of practice in various games, including the very popular camel competitions in the Arab Gulf region, His Excellency Mr. Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Sheikh, Chairman of the General Sports Authority and former head of the Saudi Olympic Committee, approved the formation of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Camel Federation headed by Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, and the membership of Abdullah Al-Dallak, Muhammad Al-Balawi, Khalid bin Shuraim, Muhammad Abu Saq, Abdulaziz Al-Suwaiket, Shaker Al-Qahtani and Muhammad Al-Harbi as Secretary-General of the Federation, announcing the establishment of the Saudi Camel Federation on Friday 23 Jumada Al-Ula 1439 AH corresponding to February 9, 2018.
